We partner with reliable cross-border logistics providers that offer tracked standard shipping. Express shipping is not yet available.

Placing an order with Homad is quick and easy. Simply browse our catalog, choose the product you like, and click “Add to Cart”. Then proceed to checkout, where you’ll enter your shipping and payment details. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email, followed by another email with your tracking number as soon as the item ships.

After this window, your order will likely be processed or shipped, and we may not be able to make changes. Always include your order number in the email so we can assist you faster.
No, creating an account is not required. You can check out as a guest without registering. However, we recommend creating an account so you can track your orders, view past purchases, and receive exclusive offers and updates from Homad.
